Hi, we just wanted to let you know that we had purchased your free & clear detergent & couldn't be happier. We are not typical "greenies", but do try to at least do a little when we can. We have found that your product cleans better than any of the national brands we have tried, & yes we have tried them all. While some work very good, yours really cleans better & while using less! We also have a contained septic system rather than a city sewer & the fact that it is also friendly to my expensive system is just another great feature of your product, We hope to see more of your products available here in southwest Michigan soon. I just wanted to take the time to tell you how wonderful your products are!  I researched some non-chemical products (mainly laundry, dish soap, and floor cleaner) to use in our home.  I came across your products but had to buy them online since it would be a 40 min. drive just to buy them at whole Foods, not exactly enviro-friendly.
 
Anyway, I did purchase them... the dishsoap, enzymes, baby laundry soap, and floor cleaner (kleener).  I am so impressed!  I instantly fell in love. We have a small brood here (kids and dogs) and I must clean our floors every day to stay sane.  The floor cleaner is wonderful!! 
 
I would love to keep purchasing your products... we'll see if I can get our local grocer to carry them.

I can't say enough about your liquid laundry detergent with Magnolia & Lilly in it!!!!  I have a 2 year old who was diagnosed with asthma in late 2007.  Since then, I have been trying to figure-out what triggers his attacks and causes his raspy voice.  I managed to narrow it down to the laundry detergent I was using.  I've tried Liquid Tied, Liquid Cheer and even Oxy Clean and he never got any better.  Just over a month ago I came across your Magnolia & Lilly laundry detergent at Costco and what a difference it has made in my life!  My son no longer has his night-time attacks and he is now off both his inhalers.  I am now using your dish detergent and am trying to track down a store that carries your entire line.  Thank-you Eco's for creating such great products!

Hi! I live in a home where the majority of the flooring is wood laminate.We also have quite a bit of tile. Recently I purchased a Shark Steam Mopto clean the floors and I must say that it does a great job. Still I need touse a small amount of cleaner along with the mop. I was using the ECOSorange cleaner and while it did a great job on the tile it wasn't reallyright for the laminate flooring. I have tried just about every laminate floorcleaning product on the market and have never found one I like. I wasshopping on Amazon and I was looking at the Earth Friendly Productsthat they offer through their website and I noticed the Floor Kleener.I decided to give it a try even though I had to buy an entire case of it (Ihave a great deal of confidence in your products). IT IS THE BEST STUFFI HAVE EVER USED TO CLEAN A FLOOR!! I love it. It smells great, cleans greatand best of all there is no residue left behind. There is no streaking whichis a real problem when cleaning laminate floors. We have a bunch of catsand as anyone with cats knows hairballs are a part of the deal. Thisstuff is great for cleaning up hairballs and anything else that lands on thefloor. The majority of people on my Christmas list will be getting abottle of Floor Kleener (along with other Earth Friendly Products) in theirgoody baskets this year.

My name is Carol, I live in Mariposa California.  I have never written to a company to compliment them on their products before in my life - never figured I would.  However, I purchased your company's products at Costco and have found them to be excellent, gentle and the best part - green.  I have been using your laundry detergent, since I purchased a HE washer five months ago.  I expected to give up some effectiveness with a green detergent - however, I have seen no difference and I love that I don't need to use fabric softener anymore.  The best part is when I was doing some major cleaning today and  used Orange Plus.  It was wonderful in the shower and floors, did a great job, much less elbow grease on my part!  My toughest cleaning job is on the walls, I have two English Mastiffs, their slobber dries like cement on the walls when they shake their heads - this product is excellent at removing this.  I am a Registered Nurse, constantly having dry skin on my hands from all the hand washing I do at work, however, tonight my hands are very soft from your cleaner - a very welcome surprise.  I also use your dishwashing cleaner and dishwasher cleaner and am well satisfied with both.  I have suggested to fellow customers at Costco to put other products back and try yours.  I am also glad that your products are providing fellow Americans jobs.  Another benefit, as I see it, is that I am a cancer survivor and I am very happy to be limiting my chemical exposures.  Please express my gratitude to your fellow workers - and yes, one by one we can change the world!    Thank you and continued good luck - Carol
I purchased your Ecos Magnolia and Lily laundry detergent this Saturday at Costco and I was very positively surprised by your product. Only now am I becoming aware of the benefits. Let me tell you, it cleaned our clothes and linens beautifully.  I think it is actually better than some of those expensive detergents. The laundry is not hard or harsh after washing it, but very soft after drying without having added any softener to the laundry, or feeling oily. No more greasy residue gunking up our washing machine and dryer. No oily residue flowing day after day into our septic tank, while saving lots of money. I figured one HE load comes to about 6 cents. Hopefully Costco will keep selling your product for a very long time.

I In our office we have several dry erase white boards. Over time white boards develop a shadow and are no longer .. well.. white.  I set out one day to clean all the boards. (a few of them are 4X8 so it was a big project) After trying 12 different cleaners I tried the name brand of Soft Scrub. It worked but left fine scratch marks on the boards.Then I discovered your Creamy Cleanser. It works perfect. No scratching just clean boards. The stubborn old dry pen marks that never come off ... gone, even sharpie pen! Now we have "White" boards again!

I use several of your products, and am very happy with them. Your dishwashing liquid is the best, however.

For years I have gagged on the smell of traditional dish soap. My sponges would smell bad and just getting near the bottle made me sick. When I went looking for an earth-friendly solution, I hoped the almond scented soap would not offend my olfactory senses. I cannot tell you how much I love both the pear and almond scented soaps, and best of all, my sponges never get that funny smell! My grocery store only carries these two scents. I hope someday to try the others.

To whom it may concern,

I use a solution of Orange Plus for cleaning my shower stall after daily use. I had an ant infestation in the shower stall, and grab the solution of Orange Plus and spayed the trail of ants. Viola! they were dead with-in 10 seconds. My second use was in the kitchen, the trail of ants were eliminated with one pass of the spray, and the bonus was, no unpleasant smell, just the clean sent of oranges, and the ants did not return for over a month.

Orange Plus can replace the chemical insecticide on the market and reduce the chemical lingering and the need for intensive cleanup after use.

I hope this information is useful, and can be tested in your laboratory.

I bought a bottle of your Ecos Magnolia/Lilly laundry detergent and used it for the first time today. I LOVE IT!!! I bought it at Costco in Toronto, ON Canada as I am always on the lookout for earth/people friendly products, that are at an affordable price. I dont know where else to get it here, I will have to keep my eyes peeled as Costco has a tendancy to change products every once and awhile.

Anyways, I just wanted to let you know that you have a life long customer in me! I love the job it did cleaning my laundry and the smell is so lovely too. I also like how it contains a fabric softener.

I am so glad to have found your products. In addition to using them at home, we also use them in our 40' trailer (home on wheels) and guess what? Because of the natural oils in the soaps, it keeps the plumbing in our 5th wheel trailer healthy also! Our tanks and gaskets stay lubed and free of deterioration that is normally caused by the caustic chemicals that traditionally get used for those systems. Your products have worked exceptionally well and we'll continue to sing your praises and tell all of our camping friends who have trailers, 5th wheels and motorcoaches.

Also, we filled out the request sheet at Costco so hopefully Costco will start carrying your brands on a regular basis.

Hi! I had recently bought "Orange Plus" to try to see if I liked it. Well, evidently the last time we kept our sons dogs one of them got sick on the living room carpet. We have never had much success getting this out of the rug unless we caught it right away. This had sat and dried on the carpet for several days. I decided to try Orange Plus and I was amazed! I sprayed it on and by the time I got back with my rag, all I had to do was wipe it clean and I was done! Needless to say, I am now a fan of your product and will certainly try many more. your carpet shampoo. It is a fabulous product! Don't ever stop making it!

Steam cleaning wall-to-wall carpeting is not easy work: the machines are
large, dripping, leaking beasts. I was so happy to be using a shampoo that
wouldn't pose a hazard to me and my children.

The shampoo cleaned extremely well, and the rooms smelled fresh once I had
finished. No chemical stink that made me want to open all the windows and
leave for the day.

I have to tell you that I hate to clean more than I can say. I recently bought Parsley Plus. Not only is it a quick, easy and powerful cleaner but it smells so good that I love to use it. I know this sounds like a hoky ad but I am serious. I actually find myself cleaning my counters. I just wanted to drop you a line to say thanks! I got your email address from Dilip Barman, president of TVS. My husband and I celebrated Thanksgiving at the Triangle Vegetarian Society event at Parizades restaurant a couple of weeks ago. We were the lucky winners of your products (i.e. what you contributed to the raffle).

I've never used the Earth Friendly products before and was not familiar with them. But I was very impressed with the Eco Breeze, Floor Kleener and the Window Kleener - that's all I've used so far. It left my house smelling fresh and clean instead of clean yet chemically. Looking at the ingredients also gave me peace of mind because I could use the cleaners on the kitchen countertop we use for food preparation without worrying about chemical remnants. We gave a few of your products/our winnings, such as the Parsely Kleener and the Stain&Odor remover to another couple that had joined us for the event so they could try them out as well.

I probably would not normally have tried your products as I usually buy mainstream cleaning supplies from mainstream stores such as Target. But I will now go over to the cleaning aisle I'm food shopping at Whole Foods!

A few months ago I bought your Parsley Cleaner, Shower Cleaner, Wave Dishwasher Det., Almond Dishmate, Fruit Veggie Wash, Furniture Polish, Uni-Fresh Lavender, and Pear Hand Soap. I AM LOVING IT ALL!!! I will never again buy those chemical products I used to use ever again! The Parsley Cleaner cleans my kitchen better then any 409 ever did and dosent make me sick like harsh chemicals did. The Shower Cleaner on its own made my tub look ultra white, instead of drab white of a well used tub. My plates, glasses and utensils have no spots anymore and plus my food dosent bear any distinct taste like my old dish detergents left thanks to your Wave Dishwash. The almond dishmate is heaven sent! I LOVE THE SMELL.... it lasts for days in my kitchen and the hard to get off spaghetti comes off within minutes in the sink as opposed to hours with any other dishwash. Fruit veggie wash really does its job, and the fruits and veggies have never tasted better that even my family notices the differences. I love the furniture polish, it smells good, its not nauseating like some other stuff on the market and the polish lasts for days on end. The pear handsoap smelled so good and my hands still feel soft and smell great all day long. My biggest rave is the uni-fresh lavender spray, that stuff ROCKS. It gets the nasty smell of anything out RIGHT AWAY... I always make the hubby spray after an hour in the bathroom (haha) and its like he never was in there. I have yet to find anything on the market that could ever do that -even lighting a match couldnt do it.. but the uni-fresh lavender sure did in seconds. You have a life-long fan in me I will continue to buy your products for the rest of my time on earth. I have told everyone about them! Thanks for making such great products FINALLY!!!

I've been meaning to write for so long, but somehow keep forgetting.  A few years back, I was told by several different plumbers not to use Drano (or similar products) because they're so caustic and earth un-friendly. I tried some natural products, but they didn't work. Then, purely by accident while looking on the shelf at my natural food store, I discovered Earth Enzymes Drain Opener. I figured I'd take a chance - again. Wow! It worked. I do my drains every two weeks and believe that's one of the best preventive things I can do for my drains. I have cats so hair gets into my tub. One day, I found the drain was clogged, so I followed instructions for clogged drains. I didn't hold much hope, however, and figured it would be another $90 bill. Within 24 hours my tub drain was working beautifully. I'm really, really happy with the drain opener.

Hello!

I am writing today for three reasons.

First, I wish to let you know what happened after I sent an e-mail about a year ago expressing my frustration with finding products to use in our dishwasher that wouldn't etch our glasses. I tried the Wave liquid product and the Wave jet rinse product, but it made our glasses worse. Then, out of the blue, a box of the Wave powder showed up! I was stunned but decided to bite the bullet and see what would happen on new drinking glasses. By this time, we had bought 32 new glass drinking cups (we have four boys) so I took the plunge. That was last November and the glasses still look great! It turns out the old glasses got worse because they were truly clean, and all that was left behind was the ugly etching.

Since we started using Wave liquid and Jet Wave rinse in our dishwasher, I have had to train our family to be more thorough in rinsing off the dishes. Without harsh chemicals in the product, it doesn't get the tougher stuff off, but it still beats standing there washing and drying! Another residual result of this occurred in the early stage of using your product: tiny food specs that didn't get washed away from the dishwasher and utensil baskets turned to little black mold specs. As a result, I had to hand scrub them away. Nevertheless, I like the assurance in knowing I am sending "safe" dishwater to our septic tank so thank you for sending me a free box of the Wave powder. It's what gave me the confidence to take the plunge and see how well it worked.

Second, I have started using the Shower Kleener, and noticed it cuts through the "rusty build-up" that collects from the high iron content in our water. I have ordered three more bottles to keep one in each bathroom. Doing things this way makes it easier for our boys to pitch in and clean. Having said this, I would love to see you offer a gallon refill bottle for the Shower Kleener. I have done the same thing with the Toilet Kleener so I will be looking for this alternative when I place my next order this fall. I like the idea of saving money by purchasing in bulk yet not creating more waste for the landfills. By the way, the Toilet Kleener does a great job, but doesn't cut through the "rust" build-up from the water. I am thinking of emptying each toilet bowl and using Shower Kleener on it. I'll let you know what happens. Until then, let me know if you have any suggestions.

Third, I feel a strong conviction to be a good steward of what has been given to us and to help preserve the land for our family's future generations. I have since tried several other products of yours and have added them to round out my cleaning arsenal. I use vinegar water and hydrogen peroxide in separate spray bottles for general cleaning and sanitizing, but they can't do everything. Your products fill in the gaps in a way that is safe for our family and our home. Thank you for this and for selling your products directly to the consumer. We have worked very hard to raise our children and provide a nice home on a single income. You give up a lot of things to get there and stay there, but keeping harsh chemicals out of your home and from your family isn't one of them. Being able to obtain such good products at affordable prices in a convenient fashion is what has helped me reach my goal of homemaking in the healthiest way possible. I am very grateful. Keep up the good work.

I cant compliment your company enough on the detergents. I am impressed with both the magnolia/lilies & baby detergent. I have very sensitive skin and would never return to petrosynthetic detergents again. I had severe reactions to both Dreft and Purex which didnt surprise-me due to the synthetic chemicals used in both.I mentioned to my dermatologist to try herself so she could so she could

I am writing to rave like a lunatic about your spray starch.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband “needs” to have his work shirts professionally pressed-according to his boss. I said, “Over my decomposing, rotting dead body, you will! I can iron! All I need is a decent starch.” Emphasis on the word decent.

I have a European ironing system that any home sewer would die for. However, starch is the only way I know to keep ironed items really crisp. I have tried EVERYTHING else on the market, and have mixed up spray starch from the gallon of liquid starch,,,,,all gunk up on the hot iron and flake. All EXCEPT your spray starch. And it smells absolutely perfect. My husband does not walk out the door smelling all silly and fruity. His shirts stay crisp even when he travels for long periods in India-which he does often. He can wear his shirts at least twice without all the “press” coming out of them.

I am absolutely thrilled. Needless to say, I am talking up the product at every chance. Women stare at me like a deer in the headlights-I am the only one who presses work clothes for a husband. Nevertheless, I want to spend the time saving money and doing a superior job over the people who charge $3 to $5 per shirt and I DON’T BREAK ALL THE LITTLE COLLAR BUTTONS EITHER. Have you ever tried to find one of those tiny white buttons in a retail establishment? Impossible! When do I notice the missing buttons? When my husband is packing, at midnight, for an International trip and he are about to miss the plane.

I am finding it very hard to find stores that carry the spray starch. Whole Foods is the only store that has it. The store closest to me is out of it and has been for some time. I am toying with an internet order but don’t want to pay the shipping if I can avoid it. Thanks for the store locator help and the good advice about calling ahead to see if certain EFP products are available. The tip has saved me time and gas.

As to the economy of pressing, I can do 10 items with one bottle of your spray starch for $3 or pay $3 to $5 for one item being pressed at the dry cleaner’s.

WOW!!!!

I have never used such a great product in my life!!!!! Your Shower Kleaner!!!! WOW! I could not believe how great it worked! I just had it on my bathroom counter when I found an old dried puppy accident (pee). It was the closest thing at the time, and I did not have high expectations for it, but when I sprayed it on the dried pee, and then whipped it, my floor was completely clean! No scrubbing or anything! I was so impressed & surprised! Usually with stains like that, my tile leaves a slight yellowish tint on the floor, no matter how hard a let it soak or scrub. I am now addicted to your Shower Kleaner now! I use it on my bathroom floors, toilet, and counter! It is amazing! I have ceramic tile in my bathroom, the kind with the grout in between each tile, and I can never find anything that works to get it all the stains out,(except bleach, but I have animals, so I can not use it), now I have found out that the Shower Kleaner even gets the deep dirt!

I wanted you to know how I appreciate your Creamy Cleanser product. I  washed and shined my fiberglass shower with a product that made me dizzy from the fumes it created.  Now I use your product that gives the same or better results without any toxicity.  I use a damp cloth and put the Creamy cleanser all over the shower, I let it dry a bit and wipe it off with a dry towel.  The grime on the shower comes off and it also restores the shine to the fiberglass.

I really use my oven, baking, roasting, broiling, and alot of dripping, spilling, and splattering. I hate to clean it, only because of the stinky smelly cleaners that I have to use to get it clean. Well, Thanksgiving passed and today I realized I just had to clean that oven. I can't even see through the l window anymore!

I rumaged through my cuboards looking for the stinky smelly stuff , my rubber gloves, and a new sponge. But I couldn't find the stinky smelly stuff.  What I did see was the back of my Creamy Cleanser by Ecos, and there on the back was a wee picture of a stove with the word kitchen below.

"Mmmm, I will try it," I thought. I smoothed it on, let it sit, came back and put a rubbing work in and Voila! My oven is clean! No horrid smell, no caustic chemical, not even any rubber gloves. If I ever do find that other oven cleaner, I am throwing it out.

Thanks Ecos for making a great cleaning product that I can use without fear of fumes or harmful chemicals.

How nice to find your e-mail address on my recent purchase at Met Food in Brooklyn, New York. I have used your product in the past. I can not tell you how good, almond Dishmate smells. It seems a perfect way to get me to wash dishes is a sweet smell that makes me think of all that is good in our world. My thanks for making a product that is child friendly and earth friendly as well as mom friendly. After all it is me who washes the dishes by hand very, very carefully. You could say I was  a bit compulsive about our water supply.

I had to write this because I'm amazed at my first use of your Earth Enzymes Drain Opener. I live on the ground floor of a two story apartment building built in the 1930's. For years the kitchen sink has become periodically clogged. Often this happens because the neighbor upstairs puts food pieces down their drain and water backs up into my sink. For years I've had to pour all kinds of drain cleaner down there from Professional Strength Liquid Plumber to those Red Devil lye crystals. Sometimes I've had to buy two or three bottles of drain cleaner just to get the water out of the sink. Once I had to have a plumber come out.

Well recently I've been food shopping more and more at Whole Foods in Berkeley, CA and it finally occured to me there might be a "natural" drain cleaner. Since I've been around the wholistic health culture for decades, I was skeptical. I thought your product might be the homeopathic remedy of drain cleaners. That is, I was expecting no more than a "placebo effect".

But to my complete amazement, one use of about 1/3 of the contents of your 2 lb bottle, mixed with 2 quarts of warm water and poured down the sink for 24 hours as suggested, CLEARED THE SINK COMPLETELY!! ONE USE!! ONE THIRD OF THE BOTTLE! I'm stunned. Your product is by far the best drain cleaner on the market and noone knows about it. Please feel free to use this message or any part of it to get the word out about your fabulous product. And thank you for making my life a little easier.

I love your window cleaner.

Did you know that is a superior glass stove-top cleaner? It is better than the products that are sold for that purpose. It cleans rings around Windex, which leaves streaks and smears on the stove-top.

We also use it to clean the lenses of our "glasses", which are made of plastic. Again, no streaks or smears!

Just wanted to let you know that I recently bought your Stain and Odor Remover product at Trader Joe's and it is the best I have ever used. I have multiple pets who, of course, are in the house. The vomit accidents have always proved problematic in that all the products I have tried either do not get rid of the yellowish tinge or leave a lighter area on the rug where I have cleaned up. Your product does neither...it is really great! I plan on checking out other Ecos products.

I’m a big fan of your Everyday Stain & Odor Remover solution. When I travel my cat likes to punish the couch, and ultimately me, and your solution is the only product that I’ve found to be 100% effective without having to steam clean each time! Getting out kitty urine is really a feat and the fact that your earth friendly odor remover can do the trick is so fantastic. So far I’ve bought 4 bottles from the local Trader Joe’s and I hope to buy more, but maybe not for the same issue.

Recently my clientele has doubled and unfortunately only a few are buying wisely. I want to request that all of my clients purchase your products rather than the standard toxic ones. I thought it might help to encourage the change-over if I could give them a brochure of some kind containing information on your cleaning products and company. I can testify that they work just as well as the standard ones, but it would help to have hard facts to back up my experience of your superior products. I just wanted to let you know how much my husband and I like your products. The Dishmate and your laundry detergent is great. The Dishmate rinses off really good it dosen't leave a film like the other brands we've tried. We also like your laundry detergent because it seems to make our clothes

I just went to my local Trader Joe's and bought some of your Oxo-Brite. After seeing Oxi-Clean at Costco the two weekends earlier I decided to buy your product to see if it wouuld work as well and would not have have to drive all the way out to Costco for Oxi-Clean or even go to my local Ace Hardware which is in another shopping center a few blocks down the street from Trader Joe's. I set a stain of cranberry juice on a dishcloth like they set a stain of beet juice on a piece of carpet at Costco, poured some Oxo-Brite on the stain and out it came. I also really like your Orange Plus. It really works great. I was cooking on my stove today and afterwards it was really dirty. So I took some Orange Plus,sprayed it on the stovetop, and it smelled great,then it evaporated. I never expected that Oxo-Brite would work as well as Oxi-Clean and the Orannge-Plus is great,just great. Thanks Earth Friendly Products!

I have been a professional housekeeper for nearly a decade and have tried many products. I wanted to continue to provide quality cleaning, but didn't want to pollute. I must say that your Orange Plus Concentrate is the best mildew stain remover I have ever used! I use for most of the other cleaning tasks I do, as well. I feel better now that I'm not choking on caustic fumes. I use this product at home as well, and I noticed that my asthmatic 3-year-old son has not had a single attack since I discarded my old cleaners and changed to Orange Plus.
