Earth Friendly Products Job Description: Office Assistant

 

The Office Assistant is an integral member of the Earth Friendly Products corporate team. His or her primary role is to provide administrative assistance to the Consumer Relations team as well as to the Sales and Marketing teams.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage product/customer information database
  • Read and respond to customer emails and letters
  • Maintain retailer, broker, and distributor files

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft, mainly Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Previous work experience desirable
  • Strong organizational skills
